Condition

Store-return and overstock shoes. Most pairs are new or near-new; some pairs may show minor wear consistent with light try-on, floor-model handling, or shipping. All pairs are wearable and resellable. Some pairs come in their original box, some do not — photos show representative wear and packaging examples for transparency.

Margin of error

Because we buy in bulk from stores, pallets, and liquidation lots, up to about 5% of items in any bundle may show small signs of damage (a minor mark, a pulled thread, light packaging wear) or occasionally fall outside the exact category described. It's the nature of bulk resale sourcing — not a defect in your order. We do our best to sort before shipping, but a small variance is normal and expected.
